Extremely disappointed. Gross negligence in packing a vintage item. Listed as, "Vintage free of any breaks, cracks, or chips." Received the vintage item poorly packaged. The item was broken in a 1,000pieces. Orange bubblewrap not secured inside package. A refund was given probably due to the fact that the item was insured. It does not replace a vintage piece of the past. Would not use this individual again. Extremely disappointed. Very poor transaction with substandard ethics.
