No problems with purchase although original packaging looked like it had been battered up quite a bit.Filter appeared to be in original heat sealed wrap but upon inspection the rubber appeared to be older & possibly cleaned & re packed? Not accusing, just an observation. Whatever the reason, I did purchase at substantial discount.It's my first k&n & it will be interesting to see if there are any noticable performance or mpg gains. I will buy from seller again
