The display on the back is fading away.
I bought it thinking to upgrade my camera that had a broken battery door. I thought this one was a little faded when I got it. I replaced the display but no improvement. It has only gotten worse with time. I knew it was a gamble and have no hard feelings but I have figured out a solution for the battery door and am now back with my FE-210. A nice bright display.

It has a large screen,lots of options,great definition.
The Olympus FE-370 was a pleasant surprise for the money. It takes great pictures. It's easy to use, although I have not used all the features. There are lots of options. I have been very pleased with my eBay pictures and the definition is excellent. I love the auto zoom feature! It makes an excellent camera for eBayers! The only thing I have a problem with is the overall size and minuteness of the buttons, but all digitals are built this way it seems. I have trouble holding on to it, but it comes with a wrist strap for awkward photographers like myself. I would recommend this camera to everyone, even those with large hands. Camera great. Instruction Manual index not!
I have that old workhorse, the Canon AE1 that takes great landscape and art photos but I got tired of paying for developing and printing candid pictures of the grandkids that weren't any good. I decided I needed a small digital camera to fit in my pocket or purse to take pictures when traveling or visiting the grandchildren. It had to be easy to use,(I've never owned a digital camera before and have real problems with things that work "just like a computer"), have a large viewing screen, and cost under $200. This Oympus FE-370 has been great for taking quick candids without having to go through a complicated set up. I especially like that it takes great pictures even in marginal light without the flash. The camera also has a wide range of options that I figured I'd never use, but now I ... The biggest downside is the index of the Instruction Manual. The instructions are clear, understandable, and come with a lot of pictures once I find them, but finding the page for the information I want is awful. For instance, when I wanted to download the pictures onto my computer I looked in the index for "Download to computer" then "View" then "Computer"--no entries. I finally found the information by going through the manual page by page. The index heading turned out to be "Connecting". I'm solving this by creating my own index on the blank Memo page at the back of the booklet!

Love this little camera!
My True Love, lost our camera while skiing, so I replaced it with this ebay purchase. We like having some of the controls on the outside of the camera , instead of all on screen. We find the colors are more true with this model than with our newer 12 megapixel camera , and we like the setting for taking pictures behind glass. It is a great setting for removing glare. I have taken aquarium pictures that turned out great with this camera. I do wish it was easier to delete a number of pictures at one time with this camera , but sure do love the way it takes pictures. It is easy and a handy take along size. Great camera for the money
For the price-point, I think it's one of the better cameras in it's class. Has seven fully-function auto-shooting modes, great flash, super 5X optical zoom, 8 megapixels, pictures are very sharp and clear. Also has a smile and face recognition mode. Flash is awesome, 19 total shooting modes. In-camera menu is also easy to use. Also has editing software built in to camera, so you can edit pix right on the screen before saving or printing.
