Avoid melatonin!
Being organic, I discovered melatonin while good for getting your body regulated during travel it is NOT good long term. It messes up your endocrine system. I stumbled across this, hubby actually brought wrong bottle home. I tried another brand then went to ebay and found this brand. I do like it. I'm a bartender so I work weird hours. It does help me fall asleep the only draw back is it's sometimes hard to wake up but my sleep journal shows it's on mornings I don't get at least 7 hours.
