    Required Reading!

    Don't let the title fool you. This is NOT another 'quick fix' or 'three easy steps to become what you always dreamed'. This is MEATY stuff, but will provide deep insights and 'food for thought' into 'rules' to help deal with the chaos facing everyone living in the 21st century. Read the Forward, too; it will give you insight into the author, Jordan Peterson. I highly recommend this book to everyone, and have bought additional copies for family and friends. A MUST read.

    Conservative claptrap

    The book is about making yourself feel better. Nothing about healing the world's problems. Very isolationist theology. Make yourself feel good and to hell with the rest of the world. When he actually talks about the science of neuroscience it is interesting but when he puts his belief system on top of that it is just conservative claptrap.

    Thought provoking, common sense and compelling read

    I thought I was getting a book when I ordered this and was a little peeved that it was audio files/ebook files, but I am really enjoying listening to the audio book and following along in the ebook files. I love that the author does the narration. Very compelling and common sense content with amazing anecdotes and examples of the 12 rules ... very thought provoking!

    This is an easy to read book that everyone should read. The 12 rules are guidelines for living a happy meaningful life. He bases his conclusions on personal experiences, authors and philosophers from the past and his time with individuals who he's assisted as a clinical psychologist. [On a side and unrelated note, Ebay says of my 5 star rating, 'awesome sauce'.
