Olympus Tough TG-2 is Excellent Everyday Carry Point-and-Shoot
Excellent point-and-shoot camera for general purpose use. I have already used the TG-2 quite a bit and it is doing a great job as an everyday carry camera for general purpose use. And I use it for everything photo-related. Phone cameras have amazing quality, I admit, but nothing is as easy to use as a point-and-shoot camera like this. And would you use your phone camera in a work environment that was full of dust, dirt, oil, moisture, and the like? That's why the Olympus Tough series is so important.Excellent point-and-shoot camera for general purpose use. Lots of bells and whistles and good pictures
I'm looking forward to using this over the next year. It has all sorts of neat features. I haven't tried it under water yet, but it seems fairly easy to seal. I like that I can pick my 2 favorite set-ups and save them. This will allow me to play around with it more, knowing that I will be able to get to my standbys quickly and easily. It is a little bigger and slightly heavier than my other camera, but still fit in my pocket and wasn't too cumbersome. I did quite a bit of research before buying this model and I anticipate that I will continue to be happy with it. My main reason for buying this camera is for snorkeling on vacations, secondary is catching shots from the side of the soccer field.I'm looking forward to using this over the next year. LOVE IT! Great camera with plenty of functions. The waterproof feature is awsome, it takes pics & vids to a whole new level. Nice pocket size makes it easy to carry.

A great product - should be a lot of fun to use.
A friend of mine had this camera and I liked what it could do - especially the underwater feature). I haven't used it too much and haven't had a chance to go underwater with it yet (too cold in New England this time of year - but it takes great pictures and has some really unusual features that are 'fun'!

Great easy to use camera even under water.
Great camera, works well under water and on land. Has some nice special fetures and is easy to hold and use. Bought it for a cruise and glad I did. This camera will be used often on a regular basis.
