I ordered this ceiling fan remote, only because the battery covering on mine was missing after I tossed it on my bed. My feet have been disabled and it was too painful to search for it. Ordered one from Ebay, but then questioned the $10 and asked why it was so high for something so small. Then the remote arrived and did not work, so I wrote to the seller, who accused me of lying and then possible fraud by returning my remote to them! Told them to keep their money...very RUDE seller!

Not even sure what to say here? Some people just love to be negative!! First off as everyone knows we always as customers get to see shipping costs prior to purchasing so the mere fact that you were unhappy with that i would say was your own fault!! Secondly what purpose would there be in selling something broken? oh maybe to waste the time listing, taking photos selling and then shipping the item only to have a return (which oddly enough you did not do even after we asked you to??) SEEMS FISHY?
