Even though the package delivery was delayed & the item was damaged by UPS, the seller did their part by packing the item very well & getting it to the shipper very quickly. Unfortunately UPS failed on this one, delivery was delayed 2 days & the screen was damaged & unusable. But I won't hold that against the seller, they did everything right, including a prompt refund.
