The induction heater was shipped quickly, considering it came from China, and was packaged very well. The seller did a great job of quickly answering questions. We have not yet been able to get the power output advertised, but it is dependent on the workpiece, the coil size and inductance. One of the fan plugs was loose, but thankfully we caught it before overheating the system. I do wish the product came with more details regarding using other coils. Overall, a great system for the price.
