The linen items were great - as described - and being given as a wedding gift. They were sent with little consideration literally stuffed into a soft package way too small. Posted transatlantic, it arrived in the rain completely torn/busted open. The delivery person apologized saying there was a note from customs to be careful as items were falling out but it was impossible. The exposed portions were grey/dirty. Let the seller know just for knowledge - no reply. Spent $120 for cleaning.

The low amount paid for delivery (45€) did not allow for boxing. As for the €120 paid at the dry cleaners for a sheet worth €100, no one can believe it. A little dishonesty and a lot of bad faith all that!
