The four glasses arrived individually wrapped in single-layer, bubble wrap in a small box. One of the four was broken. When I contacted the seller, they reasonably asked for a photo, which I sent. The seller agreed to refund the broken glass or take back all four and then proceeded to comment that the bubblewrap in the image did not match the bubblewrap they use, implying that I'd staged the breakage for ... a $14 refund? Seriously? This is probably my last ebay purchase.
