The item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. The discs were described as being "Region 4", but turned out to be region free, so it was actually better than described. It took almost two months for the package to arrive (which is about twice as long as promised), but I think that's the fault of the postal service, not the seller. No problems with VAT or customs.

Its nearly impossible to tell how long anything will take to go through the post nowadays, especially when it is going overseas. Your purchase was dispatched the day after you bought it, im just sorry it took so long to get there.
