    Trouble with product

    The sound of dictation when playing cassette is very slow (at normal speed). I'm not able to listen to normal dictation. At first it sounds clear but seconds into play mode it starts to slow down. I have changed the batteries twice & still, sounds very slow (distorted). The coil in the battery compartment was rusty (not sure if that matters). :(

    Old school

    We are not tech savvy. So this little recorder is as high tech as we go. My husband wanted to leave his brothers the words and thoughts his father gave him before his passing. I think this will work for us. Wish it had the instruction manual. But we’re figuring it out. Mahalo

    Turns on, but needed to replace drive belt.

    Seller said it "worked". However, when I put in a microcassette, I discovered the drive belt had deteriorated and had to be replaced. Had to order a $10 replacement drive belt and install it myself.
