I would like to make it perfectly clear that I bought this drive with the listing stating that it was untested. I took a gamble and lost. Some sellers if able choose to test their electronics before advertising to state that they are truly working, broken and or for parts. There is a grey area for this situation of selling junk items that can be abused by sellers. Make your own informed choice when purchasing from sellers. I wish I would have read the review section before.

This buyer abused Ebay's policies from the beginning premeditating a threat of a claim before this item was even received. Yet in their own words all because an order was not cancelable after it was prepared, packaged and already picked up. Days later forgetting what threats were made on the Ebay system, buyer proceeded to make good on their threat by fraud and their feedback is based on abusing Ebay's policy. This buyer is under investigation for fraudulent activity. What some do is so shameful

This buyer demanded this item to be sent out on a Sunday w/o mail service in the middle of Christmas mailing/delivery season 2023. Buyer was unreasonable and didn't want to wait until Monday. Consequently, the item got lost with the millions of other parcels and packages at that time. Now buyer wants his money back & receives it. Yet when the parcel does arrive in December 2023. Buyer frauds and never tells Ebay he received the package Fraud was caught by Ebay & carrier through parcel tracking.
