I emailed seller before purchase if this needed to be programmed with device. Was assured it will connect and work right out of the package. It did not. Seller said follow instructions. No instructions came with this. Asked for refund and was told by seller to send it back to an address in China. I said free returns please send a pre-paid shipping label. They did not. Trying to get refund from ebay who has also been less thank responsive. If you like wasting money... buy this
