The seller has denied responsibility for the condition of the item and has declined to provide a refund. The charge has been disputed and is pending resolution.

    The item packaged well. As you can see, none of my other positive comments have ever complained about poor packaging. I had apoligzed that the item was broken during shipping and even gave him the link to file a claim for the insurance with the USPS. I'm sorry you think that I am at fault here, but I strongly believe otherwise and hold the USPS responsible. This is why the insurance exists.
