    A Must For Fans of The Show

    This was the first of three movies made to coincide with the TV series. All the characters are there, the only thing missing is the original theme music. I missed it, the movie has an original song that frankly falls a little flat. The story is that Stan needs the money from all his overtime as Mum keeps buying new appliances for things that break down. To make things worse for Stan, Olive is pregnant and the bus company is hiring women drivers and taking all of Stan's overtime. Jack and Stan pull off several schemes to make the new drivers look bad. The show is of it's time, the mid seventies and is sexist and non PC in the modern world. It is pretty much a long episode of the TV show and a must see for On The Buses fans. Those who like others Britcoms will recognize Wendy Richards of Are ...
