Buyer received item 25 days before opening, by their own admission. As a result, the damage reported could not be attributed to shipping issues, as Buyer could not demonstrate how the package was stored/handled while in her sole possession. Buyer agreed to a 50% refund of total costs and promptly received same. Despite this mutually agreed upon resolution, Buyer then posted this negative feedback which does not accurately reflect our interaction.
