Sie haben nur eine Dichtung gekauft und keinen Zugschieber. Dies war in der Artikelbeschreibung im Angebot auch eindeutig ersichtlich. Zudem haben Sie eine weitere Dichtung gratis bekommen und den gewünschten Zugschieber frachtfrei nachgeliefert bekommen. Wir schicken grundsätzlich keine Ware per Post, weil hier keine Sendungsverfolgung möglich ist und die Ware schnell abhanden kommt. Wir packen immer die Ware so gut ein, dass diese nicht beschädigt werden kann.
