I would purchase again simply for the tutorial benefits.
We recently purchased a medium BIG GREEN EGG. We needed a guide to instruct us on the proper technique and use of the grill. The BIG GREEN EGG COOKBOOK certainly accomplished that! This cookbook has hundreds of recipes and beautiful photos with precise directions as to how to prepare each recipe. The large print is another plus. Many of the ingredients are not readily available in our local markets, but this may not be a problem for you. I found most of the recipes were geared to the large EGG, making it a little more difficult for our use. That is why I gave it 3 stars. I purchased the Big Green Egg Cookbook a couple of months after we purchased the Big Green Egg. I was hoping to find a cookbook that would give the basics on temperatures and times, and simple recipes. I was a little disappointed because the cookbook does not seem to have basic recipes. The ones that I have looked for are more involved than we have time for, and call for ingredients that we cannot find. I am still giving it a chance.I purchased the Big Green Egg Cookbook a couple of months after we purchased the Big Green Egg. Great intro to the Big Green Egg world. Good recipes. A little high brow i.e. few basic recipes. Most are on the fancy end. I'm a new egger and have purchased four books. This is the best.

This is a very good first resource for using the big green egg.
For someone new using the big green egg I believe this product will help them. The recipes are specific for setting up and using the big green egg. This is one of many resources that are available out there, most that are free however. I would recommend this product to a friend.

I am a dealer for Big Green Egg and could not get this cookbook from my distributor for Big Green Egg. This is an excellent cookbook even if you dont have a Green Egg. I would tell you if your in a bookstore look at it and you'll agree. Ray
