Seller communications stopped and they became unresponsive and didn't attempt to help with the return process. They provided unrealist solutions to and internal module defect. They suggested to apply an external accessory to fix the issue but became unresponsive when I told them adding and external thumb pad that is meant for comfort would not fix an electrical module internal defect. This controller is advertised as "antidrift", as you can see by my images, that is not the case.
