    This product is disfuntional

    The hand turning device is no good. It had plastic on the handles which turned every time I tried to turn it . The handle is made of soft aluminum which strips when I turn the screw to tighten the coil. The cable excellent and very strong, But now I'll have to rig something up to be able to use it., it's a good thing I'm good like that , otherwise I would send it back, Can't do that now since I took the plastic off the handle. Sorry guys I give a thumbs down for this.
