The product doesn’t look new. There appears to be a little wear and tear, for example some of the paint from the hair was chipped off and smudges on item. It looks like it’s missing an item as well, I noticed in videos of this figure there’s suppose to be manga pages but this one didn’t have any. The holders for the figure were pretty flimsy, they can barely hold them up. Otherwise, figure is pretty much how it was pictured.
