Although the alarm no longer worked when the watch arrived, it otherwise matched the description. It had been highly professionally packed and arrived quickly. The seller immediately sent me a video on how to check the alarm function. When that didn‘t help, he agreed to take it back and refund completely, even though returns were not part of his offer. I had to contact eBay to invoke the buyer protect program to get the frozen funds back, but the seller was always most helpful and cooperative.
