I contacted the seller because the item that I ordered was received broken. The seller quickly responded back to my message and offered me a full refund. I asked her to please refund back half of my money, being I did receive the item. The refund was issued promptly and without delay. My only suggestion would be for the seller to use more packaging materials (bubble wrap) in the future to prevent breakage.
