Item was defective when received. I requested a return and seller granted it immediately without requiring a return. This does not make my experience positive as I still have to order what I needed. If the seller unknowingly sold an item that did not work why wouldn’t they ask that it be returned to verify and potentially dispute the return?

This item worked when I had my laptop. The laptop was long gone and I had no way to test this. I refunded his right away when he contacted me.
