    Great toater

    It has all the preset settings we use including bagel, English muffin, defrost and even single slice for an added energy saving. It toasts evenly and at what I would consider accurate darkness accordion to my preconceived notion of the level adjustment. I would def recommend.

    Needs re-design.

    The slots are not long enough to except a normal slice of bread and the one slice feature does not work as expected. Both slots on the right hand side heat up even though you press the one slice option so you do not save any electricity plus it doesn’t matter which of those two slots you put the single piece of bread in even though the machine calls out The far right slot to be used For this function. One small problem is that it does not toast the bread evenly.
