The box slid under the seat of that day's shipping and was dropped at the post office as soon as it was noticed. Buyer's attempted contacts were made on Saturday (when we're closed) and Monday (we were closed due to a snowstorm). Response was made immediately on Tuesday morning and we refunded the shipping costs and apologized for the mistake.
