    Dual 1019 Classic Table- Quality Sound-

    The Dual 1019 is one of, if not THE best Table Dual Made. It has a massively heavy platter that is idler driven. These units need to be properly lubricated in order to perform as intended but once everything is in good working order it is easily one of the least expensive ways to get into classic hi-fi. It's tonearm is a gem. Modern designs may provide some benefits if you spend a lot more but the Dual gets it right and it does it more in a REAL AUDIO kind of way that lets you feel and enjoy the music. The idler wheel gives you a nice, weighty bass and the mids are engaging. Everything depends on your setup, cartridge, etc. The cartridge/ tonearm unit is clamped in and the copper connectors need to be cleaned. Basically you will need to apply a little tlc and there is a lot of information ...

    A great little turntable...

    Everything is as it was advertised...I appreciate the honesty and the attention to packing, with platter, dust cover and counterweight parts packaged separately. That dust cover, by the way, is immaculate! The parts need a good cleaning and relubing. It's a fixer, but it CAN be resurrected. It's got a good home. Thanks again!
