Seller was great. Product is disappointing because Big Wheels have been around for 40+ years, and you would think they would improve them. The seat came out of the box with several pieces broken off, and 2 pedals have already broken. It was in a factory box, so this is not the fault of the seller. It is the quality of the brand. Otherwise, it is a fun riding toy for little ones.
