    solid amp

    I spent at least a week tracking this down. was well worth it. initially two or so setups ago i bought a alpine pdx 600.1 and was very VERY dissapointed. I had it hooked up to a single 12 inch alpine type R in an expensive ported box and it sounded lackluster compared to when I had the same sub and enlosure hooked up to my alpine mrd351. seriously. I gained no improvement adding 250 additional watts. if anything it sounded worse. anyway Im rambling long story short I was so impressed with the mrd series I had to try the mrd1005. I hooked it up to two kicker 10 inch L5 drawing 8 ohms each so the output of my amp is only giving them just over 350 watts a piece(rated at 700w 4ohm) and still bumps them nicely. If its power and sound quality you seek, look no further. not too mention if you ...

    Alpine Mrd-M1005

    This amp is very powerful and its quality is unmatched. im pushing a 12 inch kicker solo x at 2 ohms and this amp is pushing it with ease and with no distortion what so ever. i dont care people telling me its not good to put a 1000rms amp to a 2500rms sub. this amp can do it. its a beast. and its also digital and easy readouts to follow and control.

    Mrd-M1005

    Great amp easy to control settings. Display is very simple to understand. LOTS of power will push any sub to its max within 1200 watts rms. A must buy for serious people who want loud clean (undistorted) deep bass.

    Serious Bass

    do you want insane bass? buy this amp. while other "premium" brands advertise 1000w amps, thats the max output..this one puts out 1000w RMS. and because its out of production, its cheaper than the new alpine PDX 1000. you truly get what you pay for, especially with alpine amps

    nothing else to say best buy, best value for money! and i really dont know what else to write because alpine makes the best car amplifiers... the most reliable ones and the ones that doesent burn your speakers if you set it property.. tht is all
