Stamp not as described...thin discovered adjacent to a hinge mark. Condition brought to seller's attention and Paul worked very hard to set things right. After a couple of e-mail exchanges, we arrived at a satisfactory conclusion. A tip of the hat to this seller. He could have asked the stamp be returned for a full refund but I stood to lose $200 in custom fees. Seller spared me this loss and refunded a portion of my original payment. Thank you, Paul.
