An overall positive experience but the packaging was rather circumspect; an unsealed box with part of the monitor sticking out showed a lot of faith in FedEx!! That it arrived in one piece is pure luck. Dispatched very quickly and there were no issues with the seller, so I'd use again but hope for more careful packaging.
