    DM cough medicine + decongestant

    Works great. I bought it for the DM. The decongestant ruins the flavor, but the combo medicine formula is more readily available (less expensive.) Next time I will spend the money for DM without the decongestant. Perfect if you want both and are so sick you cannot taste anyways.

    DELSYM IN MY OPINION IS ONE OF THE BEST COUGH AND CHEST CONGESTION, And its works. NON SLEEPY, NOT BEST TASTE, BUT IT WORKS. it good just as a cough medicine too in orange favor, but not grape , at least in my opinion. WORKS FAST, and great price, no long line either on ebay!

    It works great for me

    This is the only cough med that I use. It is the only one that works for me. I can take anything else and keep coughing, but in about 30 minutes after taking Delsym I quit coughing.

    Best Product Ever For Coughs

    Works Immediately. Usually don’t have to take a second dose. My grandchildren also take it. Works super with them. Their other medicines only lasted a couple of hours. Deslym Last all day or night like the adult version.
