    Complete Bone Strength Formula

    This is one of the best bone health supplements out as it has K2 which directs the calcium to your bones and not your arteries in addition to having D3 and Magnesium to make this a complete formula for strengthing your bones. I can feel the difference in my bones since I have been taking this complete formula.

    Can have side effects.

    Even though it is claimed that it is a different calcium source, it still has side effects like constipation just as cheaper regular calcium products can have. Particularly I was taking three tablets a day (the recommended dosage) for a week plus your normal intake of calcium from other food sources which might have triggered too much calcium for my body. I tried dropping to two a day for several days and then to one a day for the next few days, but still had problems. I purchased this product because it had the additional supplements that are needed for absorption which was a plus but not worth it considering the consequences. I did not have problems (constipation) like this before taking this supplement nor do I now that I have stopped it.
