Item was listed as "open, unused". Condition was "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item". When I received it, the battery cover was missing. It was present in the ad photos. I messaged the seller on 4-6-24 and have not received the courtesy of a reply. Seller does not take returns, but I believe I am entitled to a partial refund. A good seller would at least put the battery cover in an envelope and mail it to me. It looks like I'm stuck with his junk. Shop elsewhere.
