product arrived quickly and in relatively good condition. one broken knob but that damage was done I assume in shipping and was no fault of the seller. Also product required some adjusting and set up but was expected with a new guitar straight from box. again this was no fault of the seller but rather the manufacturer. all in all a good experience and great pricing.
