Items were new in box, but as a former QC inspector, I feel this item was either returned or didn’t pass QA for cosmetic purposes, however all original packaging, paperwork tape measure, and tools were included, tools were in a sealed bag. The box had previously been opened the original seal broken and of the 4 pieces, one was marked with an X, but on inspection, comparison and testing, I found nothing wrong with it. Definitly happy with purchase, shipping was fast, A+ seller

Buyer is completely wrong, the condition of the handguards was right in the listing stated as: "I WILL PICK AND SELL THE BEST ONES FIRST. I HAVE ABOUT 25 OF THEM LEFT, SEE PICS, SOME HAVE HAIRLINE CRACKS, SLITS FOR STRENGTHENING REPAIRS, ETC” From the pics he sent back he clearly is challenged, let's just leave it at that. Oh, and I also offered refund to him and to ship it back, never heard from him. Complete bozo
