The listing stated EUC and these were not! The inside soles on BOTH shoes are dirty. Not acceptable! The shipping was SUPER SLOW. Contacted seller and was told that the outsides of the shoes and the soles were in excellent condition and she did not "think" the insides were "excessively dirty" & that they are used shoes that her daughter wore. I paid top dollar for EUC shoes not partially excellent. She did claim she was sick which is the reason for slow shipping but never contacted me.

Buyer wanted brand new shoes for $20. As stated in the listing, these are used shoes but in excellent condition. Offered buyer a full refund with return of the shoes. She demanded to keep the shoes and get a refund or she would leave a bad review.
