Items were not as described; only that they were used. Goblets were ALL factory seconds with defects that were clearly visible. Upon arrival, one goblet was broken & seller notified & issued refund. Seller was then notified & asked if he was aware they were factory seconds. His comment was "that all glass has defects." He was unwilling to issue a refund. Buyers BEWARE.
