VERY well packed. Each boot was sealed in its own wrapping. Fast shipping. When I contacted the Seller, he was VERY helpful…. definitely believes in giving good customer service. These were listed as slightly used hiking boots, but they look new except for VERY light wear. They will last my husband a very long time (as new shoes would have, but for a whole lot less cost than new boots of this make and model are currently selling for).
