seller is dishonest, item is not open box, there was leaking link at the base of the printer that needed cleaning and as soon as i turned the printer on it gave me maintenance box replacement needed, now i have to go an order it, i am really hoping the leaking ink isn't an issue as well but will not find out until maintenance box is replaced.
