Item was exactly as described. I love my Kitchen Aid at home so wanted one for my winter home just like it.
I haven't actually used it yet but it ran just fine, the accessory's were great.
Package was shipped extremely well and arrived in a great timely manner. I was just not available to unwrap until this past weekend. I am sure I will LOVE the Mixer!!!!!
