I requested the return be canceled prior to shipping. The seller denied my request. I requested a return shipping label. The seller said ebay prohibits them from providing that. Seller ships the item. I ask Sellwr why they refused to cancel the order. Seller doesnt answer and asks if I will accept a 1.40 refund. I advise that it's okay I will leave a review about the experience. The seller offers me 3.50 refund. I figured I'd just share my experience. The item ships from China you'll be waiting
