The item delivered was not as described. I had to go buy another $60 DB25 harness cable to use all my pads. The one that came with it only had 5 inputs and assumes that you have the digital HH, Ride, and Snare (another $2500). When I contacted the seller they didn't even know what I was talking about. I asked them to either send me a new TD-27 DB25 harness with all 9 inputs or I would send it back. They gave me an RMA number. Poor customer service. I would not order from them again.

We apologize that you feel this way even as we tried to explain that this module doesn't come with the DB25 harness that you wanted. That it sold separately, as you found out. We offered for you to return it after you demanded we give you a DB25 harness that we do not carry, and apparently you wanted it for free. You purchased and received exactly what we described, and listed, and your claim that it was not as described is 100% false. You are welcome for the $550.00 discount on your purchase.

This is a complete lie. The description clearly mentions a 9 connector harness. This is why I purchased this module. Here is the description that you used, which is INCORRECT:
