The glass pie plate I ordered came broken in many pieces. The seller was wonderful about answering questions and quickly offering a full refund. I had to enlist outside help to complete the process of using the e-Bay form to send pictures; if I could have just sent pictures directly to an e-mail or telephone address, it would have been much easier. The packaging was inadequate to secure the item.
