    Card arrived well-packed and in good shape. Envelope took 3 weeks to travel from MN to LA, which seller maybe has no control over, but seller does not offer tracking (it's a USPS money-making "scam," apparently) so there's no way to know whether it's lost or simply slow. When asked about the status after 2 weeks, seller was initially very hostile. We ended up having a reasonable dialog, maybe they were just having a bad day, and ultimately everything worked out. Suggest you insist on tracking.
