Item received and it appeared to have been handled very poorly while in transit. One of the side box locks was missing, one was pulled out and taped over to hold it in place apparently. The styrofoam that protects the top of the printer was broken into about 5 pieces. Is this machine really new? Hmmm, I gotta take their word for it. After all it is a xerox retailer and there were 7 available. Would hate to see how the other boxes looked. Anyway it seemed to print well in initial try.
