Listed a 2HP motor which was 1 1/4hp. Also charged me $74 shipping but shipping cost was only $14. Before he shipped I agreed to not have the rails ( to save on shipping) and asked to be refunded the differences. He did not refund me and then blamed eBay for the listing error. I sell thousands of items and a listing is made by the seller and not eBay. I’m not happy and he won’t do anything about the situation. Also, took 10 days before shipped out
