Contacted seller about postage due $9.55. He made several offers. When I went to accept one of the offers- he said never mind would refund my money when the package came back. Before I saw his message I left the postage due amount in my mailbox and the postman left the delivery box. This letter stopped communicating with me. I sent him a copy of the receipt for the $9.55 I paid. He hasn't bothered to response.
